At Pino Renewables, we respect our customers’ legal rights and aim to make our terms clear and fair.
If you enter into a contract with us as a consumer in your home, away from our business premises, or at a distance (for example by phone, email, or online), you may have the legal right to cancel the contract within 14 days without giving any reason. This is commonly known as the cooling-off period.
Your Right to Cancel
For most service contracts, the cancellation period ends 14 days after the day the contract is entered into. To exercise your right to cancel, you must inform us of your decision before the cancellation period expires. You may use a cancellation form, but you do not have to — any clear written statement is acceptable.

If You Ask Us to Start Work During the Cancellation Period
If you specifically request that we begin work within the 14-day cancellation period, and you later cancel, you may be required to pay for the services provided up to the date of cancellation. This amount will be proportionate to the work already carried out. If the service has been fully performed within the cancellation period after your express request and acknowledgement, you may lose the right to cancel.
Refunds
If you cancel within the applicable cancellation period, we will refund payments due in accordance with applicable consumer law, subject to any lawful deductions where work has already started at your request. Refunds must generally be made within 14 days in the cases covered by the Regulations.
Important Information
Your cancellation rights depend on the type of contract and the circumstances in which it was made. These rights typically apply to off-premises and distance contracts.
If we do not properly provide information about your cancellation rights where required, the cancellation period can be extended by up to 12 months.
