  • We confirm acceptance of your order

5. Pricing and Payment

  • All prices will be clearly stated and include VAT where applicable

  • Payment terms will be agreed in advance

  • A deposit may be required before work begins

  • Final payment is due upon completion unless otherwise agreed

6. Installation and Timescales

  • Installation dates are estimates and may change due to circumstances beyond our control

  • We will make reasonable efforts to meet agreed timelines

  • Delays may occur due to weather, supply chain, or technical issues

7. Customer Responsibilities

  • Ensure the installation area is safe and accessible
