Deposit and Advance Payment Protection
Where we take a deposit or advance payment, we ensure that your money is protected in accordance with consumer protection standards.
This means that, in the unlikely event that we are unable to complete your installation, your deposit or advance payment will be protected, subject to the terms of the relevant protection scheme.
We will provide full details of any applicable protection arrangements before you enter into a contract with us.
Workmanship Warranty
We provide a workmanship warranty on our installations to ensure that all work is carried out to a high standard.
This warranty covers the quality of the installation and gives you confidence that any issues arising from our workmanship will be addressed.
Insurance-Backed Guarantee (If Applicable)
Where applicable, we offer an insurance-backed guarantee (IBG) to cover our workmanship warranty.
This means that, in the unlikely event that we cease trading, the warranty may still remain valid under the terms of the insurance provider.
Full details of the warranty and any insurance backing will be provided as part of your contract documentation.
Manufacturer Warranties
In addition to our workmanship warranty, the products we install (such as heat pumps or other renewable systems) come with manufacturer warranties.
Details of these warranties will be provided during the quotation and handover process.
